INCLUDES:

Day 1: Transfer from the Puerto Natales airport to the Río Penitente ranch. Check-in at the stay.
Fishing day or free time to explore the surroundings and get to know the facilities. (Depending on flight schedule)
Return to the ranch and dinner at the restaurant.
Day 2, 3 and 4: Breakfast early in the stay.
Departure at 8 am to the Penitente River and the surrounding area, to enjoy a unique fishing experience in Patagonia.
Full day of fishing with a bilingual guide who is an expert in the area, who will provide advice prior to fishing.
Box lunch to take while fishing.
Return to the ranch in the afternoon.
Dinner at the ranch's restaurant.
During these days, you will have the opportunity to fish for brown trout in the Penitente River and in the spring creeks in the area. In addition, during the months of November to March, you will also have the possibility of fishing for the sea run brown trout species, a sea trout that migrates to the rivers of Patagonia to spawn.
Day 5: Early breakfast at the stay.
Check-out and transfer back to Puerto Natales airport.

The species you can catch are mainly brown trout, but we can also find sea run brown trout, generally from November to March.
It doesn't matter if you're an experienced angler or it's your first time fly fishing, our excursion is perfect for everyone!
*In addition, our operation is 100% catch and release, which means that all catches will be returned to the river.*
RESERVATION POLICIES:
To confirm the service, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. Advance payments are non-refundable unless the customer finds a replacement. If booking less than 30 days prior to departure, the tour must be paid in full as soon as the reservation is made, unless alternative arrangements are made with the Company.
It is important to specify that any fees or charges when paying by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card with any payment method will be absorbed by the sender.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
The excursion payment is essential for the company's income and contributes to the total cost of the equipment, operating expenses, personnel, administration, among others. As the Company will have incurred the majority of its costs before the tour begins, cancellation charges are imposed to cover these costs.
Deposits are non-refundable. If the reservation is canceled, cancellation charges will be imposed as follows:
Guests will be able to reschedule travel dates until the next season, free of charge, with a 70% credit of all payments made at the time of cancellation, in the event of international travel restrictions due to health reasons (for example: Covid-19). 19), political, humanitarian or military affairs. This will be subject to the availability of the service at the time of the new reservation. For all other causes of cancellation, payments are non-refundable unless the customer finds a replacement.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation insurance that covers risks such as work, personal injury or health problems, among others.
OTHER POLICIES:
The cost of replacement or repair for damage caused by clients to any of the equipment used in the activity is the responsibility of the client. By hiring our services, you are accepting our terms and conditions.
