ACCOMMODATION
This incredible cable car is located on Route 9 North that connects Puerto Natales with Cerro Castillo and Laguna Sofía. It is accessed from Km. 26 of Route 9 North (from Puerto Natales) continuing along a dirt road at a distance of 6 km until reaching the ranch, a total of 32 km.
We provide ourselves with nature and it is simple: the water we drink comes from a waterfall that feeds Laguna Sofía, from this waterfall we obtain hydraulic energy, from fallen trees we recycle firewood that gives us heat, we raise happy chickens that provide us with eggs, vegetables from a small garden and fill our lungs with the cleanest air in the world. Internet connectivity is poor, we are surrounded by mountains, birds, flowers, trees, caves, etc. and in its center a paleolake.
Pingo Salvaje is within Estancia Laguna Sofía with 5,000 hectares and is part of a productive unit. The family, its owners, for generations tried various grazing management systems that did not satisfy their objectives of conservation of the ecosystem and the animal. Once they heard about Allan Savory (1935, one of the greatest ecologists of all time) and they went to a talk and with the guidance of an expert they began to apply the Holistic Management system in their fields.

This beautiful ride will take you to the heights, where the condors live.
We will border the Sofia Lagoon through native lenga forests, and then slowly ascend to the highest point of the Sierra Señoret, at 1,000 meters above sea level. where is the condor viewpoint. From here we will have the opportunity to admire the three-meter-wide bird in a majestic glide, stop and breathe on the edge of the same heights where it nests and its young begin to fly.
We can also enjoy a magnificent landscape; We will see the lagoon from above, the Última Esperanza fjord and the Prat Mountain Range with snow-capped mountains.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
To confirm the service, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. Advance payments are non-refundable unless the customer finds a replacement. If booking less than 30 days prior to departure, the tour must be paid in full as soon as the reservation is made, unless alternative arrangements are made with the Company.
It is important to specify that any fees or charges when paying by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card with any payment method will be absorbed by the sender.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
The excursion payment is essential for the company's income and contributes to the total cost of the equipment, operating expenses, personnel, administration, among others. As the Company will have incurred the majority of its costs before the tour begins, cancellation charges are imposed to cover these costs.
Deposits are non-refundable. If the reservation is canceled, cancellation charges will be imposed as follows:
Guests will be able to reschedule travel dates until the next season, free of charge, with a 70% credit of all payments made at the time of cancellation, in the event of international travel restrictions due to health reasons (for example: Covid-19). 19), political, humanitarian or military affairs. This will be subject to the availability of the service at the time of the new reservation. For all other causes of cancellation, payments are non-refundable unless the customer finds a replacement.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation insurance that covers risks such as work, personal injury or health problems, among others.
OTHER POLICIES:
The cost of replacement or repair for damage caused by clients to any of the equipment used in the activity is the responsibility of the client. By hiring our services, you are accepting our terms and conditions.
